La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge

Update. I spoke with staff yesterday and received a genuine apology from the GM. It was greatly appreciated and very professional. Everything was taken cate of quickly. Im located on the third floor and bugs are all over the room. I spoke with Sophia at the front desk and she was terrible. She laughed about it and said people have bugs all the time.

This La Quinta in North Austin is phenomenal! The front desk service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The hotel itself feels brand new: spotless rooms, modern bathrooms, and excellent security throughout. I stayed in the King Suite and highly recommend it—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is unbeatable! You’re surrounded by an H-E-B, plenty of gas stations, an amazing gym, and Pinstack right down the street for fun. Everything you need is right here. I’ll definitely be returning!

Spacious rooms and great location. Breakfast could be improved. I didn't really like the scramble eggs. Also the shower door handle was broken.

Clean and comfortable. Our king bed was plush. I recommend it. I used to stay away from other La Quinta Hotels due unkempt appearance but this La Quinta is definitely a cut above.

We stayed 3 nights here for concerts and it was perfect! Service was great, staff was very nice, rooms were spacious enough for the 3 of us to stay comfortably, & there was a snack bar downstairs that was 24 hours. The pool was clean (we swam everyday) and spacious. A good continental breakfast every morning, and you can eat in the lobby / lounge area that’s also 24 hours which was really nice. It was a 10/10 experience!

Second time staying at this La Quinta location and I’m very happy with the experience. The front desk staff was excellent. Ms. Joya was especially kind and helpful!

Despite the negative reviews of others, I decided to stay due to the convenience of the location. The hotel is very nice! The lobby is very clean, the rooms are even nicer. I stayed in a King suite and it was absolutely gorgeous, the bed is so comfy! The hotel is by far one of the nicest ones that I have stayed in. I will definitely be returning.

I loved everything with my stay at the Austin Parker / Tech Ridge La Quinta Inn & Suites from the time I checked in until I checked out. I felt like a queen in those mazing suites.I want to give a shout out to Ms Alicia. She's amazing and very professional. I was here for 3 days waiting for the arrival of my 3rd great grandchild. I had checked out on 9/17 and no baby. I called because it was after midnight to see if I could get a room... I forgot the name of the beautiful lady that helped me. They didn't have any single rooms. But she gave me a the best room in the house room 334 and 311. La Quints is my home away from home. Thank you!
